LA ROSA DEI VENTI

The house is situated on the road  that goes towards the sea. Opening the window, you see the sea, which is just a few steps away.  
The shops are all close and  handy and  you can do your shopping faster, returning  from  the beach.
Under its balconies, at the evening  takes place the quiet pedestrian promenade and the shopping  is possible until late at night.

AURORA

Aurora is a three-room apartment on the first floor that can accommodate up to 8-9 people.
It consists of two bedrooms: the first one, large and spacious for a whole family, with a double bed and two single beds and has a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Here is some more place where it is possible to add a cot for baby; the second bedroom, smaller, has a double and, if desired, a single bed. Then a small kitchen and the dining room with extendable table. The dining room leads to the second balcony that’s overlooking the inner side of the building, which sees the sunset. Resting on a wall, there is the sofa bed. The bathroom is like a big shower. The furniture is simple but very easy to keep clean and sanitized.
All the surrounding area is protected by CCTV cameras.

LAGUNA

Laguna is a ground floor apartment, very bright. Like all ground floor, the ceiling is a bit lower than the standard. It consists of kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed and where you can add a cot for baby, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with bars on each window, has door security and the surrounding area is protected by CCTV cameras. It has a private entrance and, in front of the house, has a protected and exclusive space equivalent to a balcony. The furniture is simple and unpretentious, but you can clean and sanitize easily.

GIGLIO

Giglio is a two-room apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate 4-5 people. Like all ground floor, the ceiling is a little lower than the standard. It consists of bedroom with double bed and one single bed, dining-room with double sofa bed (with two single beds where the second bed is extracted from under the main bed), kitchenette, bathroom with shower. If needed, there is also some more place to add one cot for a baby. The furniture is simple but very functional and easy to clean and sanitize. The apartment is equipped with bars on each window, has a security door and the surrounding area is protected by CCTV cameras. It has a private entrance, giving access to a protected space equivalent to a balcony, in front of the house. Then, around the house, it has a reserved little space, where there are table and chairs for outside eating and where you can dry clothes, keep children's games or protect bicycles.

LA VELA

No need to cross the road to go to the beach, just a few steps away. In the evening, its balconies that overlook the main street, almost on the square and in the heart of the pedestrian area, allow to trace all manifestations of song, music and dance organized by MareFuturo Association to entertain the guests.

GABBIANO

Gabbiano is a lovely mansard-attic. The roof is fully insulated and keeps the inside temperature cool in summer and warm in winter. It is bright and airy because each room has two windows: a velux on the ceiling and a window on that wall. It is spacious and well organized. Composed of three bedrooms: two with double bed and a smaller third bedroom with two single beds, joinable to form a double bed, if necessary. In each bedroom there is a free place to add a cot for baby. The bathroom has box-shower. Finally, there is a well-equipped kitchen where, if necessary, you can add another bed. The furniture is simple and unpretentious, but you can clean and sanitize easily. For the tranquility of the guests, there is the air conditioner (extra charge) that no one, however, never needed to use. Behind the house there is a small garden, shared with the guests of Zéphyro and Grecàle apartments, where you can arrange toys, strollers and bicycles, and to enjoy time at the table playing cards or enjoying a drink, or reading a book on the recliner.

ZÉPHYRO

Zéphyro is located on the first floor and can accommodate 6 people. It consists of bedroom with double bed and two beds in the wall, which can be opened individually but if you open both, give a bunk bed-and remains a comfortable space to add a cot for baby; this room has a balcony that looks on the promenade. Large bathroom with shower, kitchen-dining room with double sofa bed. The furniture is simple and unpretentious, but you can clean and sanitize it easely. Behind the house there is a small garden, shared with the guests of Gabbiano and Grecàle apartments, where you can arrange toys, strollers and bicycles, and to enjoy time at the table playing cards or enjoying a drink, or reading a book on the recliner.

GRECÁLE

Grecàle is an apartment located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate four people. It consists of bedroom with double bed and this room has a balcony overlooking the promenade and the square; bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen-dining room with double sofa bed -composed of two single beds. If needed, in the apartment there is also some more place to add a cot or a camp bed for baby. The furniture is simple and unpretentious, but you can clean and sanitize easily. Behind the house there is a small garden, shared with the guests of Gabbiano and Zéphyro apartments, where you can arrange toys, strollers and bicycles, and to enjoy time at the table playing cards or enjoying a drink, or reading a book on the recliner. And, in the morning, from the bakery-pastry below comes up the smell of fresh bread and croissants, that gives you a fragrant awakening.
